Drink more water and rinse regularly after meals. Regular rinse also removes particles trapped between gums and teeth. This keeps the mouth odor free.
Include fruits like apples, cucumbers, carrots in your diet. They clean your teeth naturally and also remove gum problems.
Sugar free and chewing gum products that keep the teeth shiny are also helpful in keeping the teeth clean. Their balanced use also improves your digestion.
Use straw while taking cold drinks so that your teeth avoid contact with very cold and sweet.
Brush at least twice a day regularly. Cleanse the mouth after eating something during the day. Make vitamin C a part of food. This will keep the gums healthy.
Calcium toothpaste is more effective than calcium-rich food and make teeth strong.
Say goodbye to them
Use chocolate and toffee sparingly. The chocolate dissolves throughout the mouth and gets trapped in the crevices of the teeth and creates cavity.
Reduce the use of starch in food. It produces bacteria which causes tooth problems in the teeth.
Avoid intake of both hot and cold foods. Both of these spoil the enamel of the teeth.
Do not eat very hot cheese immediately after eating very cold cheese. This causes problems in the nerves. Blood from the gums is a symptom of pyorrhea. Contact the dentist immediately.
To protect the teeth, stay hungry for a long time and do not consume bad smells.
