Petrol and diesel prices at record highs, increase of 25 paise per liter 

New Delhi. The price of petrol and diesel has increased for the 9th consecutive day. According to information received from IOCL, the price of petrol and diesel has increased by 25 paise per liter in all the four metros of the country. Petrol and diesel prices have become expensive by about Rs 3 per liter due to increase for 9 consecutive days. On the other hand, today, after a long time, the price of crude oil is falling in the international market. Where WTI is once again trading below $ 60 a barrel. Brent crude oil prices have come down to $ 62 a barrel.

Petrol price increases
According to information received from IOCL, the price of petrol has increased for the 9th consecutive day in all the four metros of the country. Delhi and Mumbai have seen an increase of 25 paise per liter, after which the price has gone up to Rs 89.54 and Rs 96 per liter respectively. While Kolkata has seen an increase of 24 paise and Chennai 23 paise per liter. After this, the prices in both metros have been Rs 90.78 and Rs 91.68 per liter respectively.

Increase in price of diesel
According to information received from IOCL, prices have reached the sky after the 9th consecutive day increase in all the four metros of the country. After the increase of 25 paisa per liter in Delhi and Kolkata, the price has gone up to 79.95 and 83.54 rupees per liter respectively. On the other hand, after the increase of 26 paise in Mumbai and 24 paise per liter in Chennai, the price has increased to 86.98 and 85.01 rupees per liter.

How expensive is petrol and diesel in 48 days
So far in the year 2021, the price of petrol and diesel has become expensive by about Rs 6.50 per liter. First of all, diesel has increased by Rs 6.08 in Delhi, Rs 6.10 in Kolkata, Rs 6.47 in Mumbai and Rs 5.80 in Chennai. Talking about the price of petrol, it has seen an increase of Rs 5.83 in Delhi, Rs 5.59 in Kolkata, Rs 5.66 in Mumbai and Rs 5.17 per liter in Chennai.
