From June 1, the fares of domestic flight services will be expensive. The central government has given permission to increase the minimum air fare limit to 16 percent. According to the information received, the government has given permission to increase the airfares to 13 to 16 percent in the lower limit. This increase will be applicable from June 1 across the country.

No increase in upper fare limit
The Ministry of Civil Aviation has stated in an order that no increase has been made in the air fare upper limit. International airlines will be suspended on June 30 here. Significantly, the air services have been affected due to the Corona epidemic. There has been a significant drop in the number of air passengers. The government has argued that it has increased passenger fares to provide relief to airline companies affected by the second wave of Corona.

It has been reported by the Ministry of Aviation that the fare has been increased from Rs 2,300 to Rs 2,600 for a duration of up to 40 minutes. It has been increased by 13 percent. The minimum fare for 40 minutes to 60 minutes will be Rs. 3,300 instead of Rs. 2,900.
