SEATTLE, March 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Natomas, located in the Central Valley region of California.

The 26,000 square-foot store will be located in the Promenade at Sacramento Gateway, a popular shopping center that includes Target, Ulta, and BevMo. The Promenade at Sacramento Gateway is owned by Fairbourne Properties, LLC and managed by Fairbourne Properties, LLC and CBRE. The property is ideally located off of the I80 and Truxel Road Interchange at Gateway Park Boulevard and North Freeway Boulevard. With the addition of this new location, Nordstrom will operate 61 Nordstrom Rack stores, 23 Nordstrom stores, five Nordstrom Locals and one asos | Nordstrom in California. The store is scheduled to open in fall 2023.
